Carstairs Medical Clinic offers walk in service and has three very competent doctors accepting new clients. My family has seen all three doctors and we are very pleased with their service.
Worst Dr I have ever seen in my life! I will certainly not be returning. I just moved here and wanted a local family Dr. I guess according to him thats not allowed. Would not read my symptoms after a serious car accident! Scoffed at the fact that my lawyer and i worked together on the fact sheet. I wanted to share with him where i was at before he touched my body for a physical examination. He said he would not sign an elgibilty form given to me from my insurance company for assistance through them. He claimed he did not know me from a hole in the wall well Sir you would if you read the fact sheet! I dont know you so no you cant touch me until I am comfortable. There was no nurse present. I attempted to have you get to know me that didnt go over well. Commanded me to sit down twice while my leg was numb and I had my cane. Than proceeded to take a patients phone call with me in the room!!!! Disrespectful!! Couldn't believe it I have never witnessed something like this in a health care establishment in my life!!
I went to this clinic yesterday as a walk-in, not realizing their walk-in hours are only until 3... as someone who works in the school system, this kind of sucks but I should have looked up their walk-in hours before I got there. So I figured I would just come back today, as it's semester break, and walk-in. I got there at 1:20, and they said they weren't taking anymore walk-ins today....?? What? Then they moved on to something else, without asking if I wanted to make an appointment. Terrible service, and the one girl at the front desk didn't even look at me when saying they weren't taking anyone else. The only reason I'm giving this place a star at all is because it seemed clean, and the other front desk lady was at least smiling and looking at me when we spoke.
