Wow! The hospitality and the warmth you get when you first walk in is the exact feeling you get during the entire time spent there! Simone, the receptionist is a joy to talk to and always has a smile on her face! Jan, the dental hygienist was super nice and really accommodating. She really made the whole experience much smoother. Dr. Singh was very nice and polite and he explained everything to me. The whole experience was great! From someone who hated going to the dentist

I have always been happy with Carstairs Dental. The staff is excellent both with me and my kids. This morning I had a small cavity filled and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I usually don't freeze well but I didn't feel a thing. Very pleased! :)
Staff is friendly, easy to work, helpful. I would recommend CD if you are looking for yourself or the family.
This dentist isn't the best. The receptionists are nice but the dentists themselves don't know what they're doing. I had puss coming from my gum and the one doctor told me it was fine and I had to go to Calgary and see a specialist and it was actually bone loss. AND SHE TOLD ME IT WAS OKAY. They also close the clinic earlier than 4 so every time I call at 345 nobody answers. And I call and call and call and nobody answers. This business closes at 4! NOT 345! I've had multiple problems with this dentist and so has my family. Will be switching to another dentist soon. Hard to find a good dentist.
